These terms establish the legal relationship and responsibilities between the users and our business. As the nature of our services varies, our Terms of Service are tailored to address the specific needs of our pool and spa maintenance, repair, and installation operations. It is essential for both parties to understand their rights and obligations within the framework of our Terms of Service.
Key Elements of Our Terms of Service
Our Terms of Service cover a wide array of important aspects, including user eligibility, payment methods, potential changes to our services, warranties, intellectual property rights, account management, and more. For a comprehensive understanding, we encourage you to review our detailed guide on 'Creating and Understanding Our Terms of Service'.
Pet Safety & Responsibility
For the safety of pets, technicians, and equipment, all pets must be properly secured or kept indoors during scheduled pool service visits.
Coastline Pools LLC, is not responsible for the injury, escape, illness, or death of any pet that is not adequately restrained or removed from the pool and service area prior to service. By using our services, the Client acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for their pets’ safety and releases Coastline Pools LLC from any related liability.
Weather & Force Majeure
Pool service is subject to weather conditions and other events beyond the Coastline Pools' control. The Company reserves the right to delay, reschedule, modify, or skip service when weather or site conditions are unsafe or would negatively impact service quality.

• Freezing temperatures
• Excessive debris caused by weather events
Weather-related delays do not constitute a missed service and do not qualify for refunds or credits.
Storms & After-Weather Conditions
Following storms or severe weather, pools may experience debris accumulation, cloudy water, chemical imbalance, or algae growth. While the Company will make reasonable efforts to restore water quality during the next scheduled visit, additional cleanups, treatments, or visits may require additional charges. Storm clean-up and excessive debris removal and post weather recovery services are not included in weekly service and will be billed separately. Weather events may rapidly alter water chemistry. The Company does not guarantee immediate water clarity following storms or environmental disturbances.
Safety & Equipment Protection
For safety reasons, technicians will not service pools during conditions that pose a risk of injury, including lightning, unsafe footing, flooding, or compromised electrical equipment. The Company will not risk technician safety to complete service.
