Refund Policy
Services (No Refunds)
All sales for pool maintenance, cleaning, and repair services are final. As these services involve immediate labor and time, they are non-refundable once the work has been performed. If you have a concern about a specific service visit, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service date so we can investigate and, if necessary, rectify the issue.
Products & Chemicals
In accordance with New Jersey law, we conspicuously disclose that all sales of pool chemicals and equipment are final.

Chemicals: Due to safety regulations and the risk of contamination, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds on any chemical products once they have left our possession or have been delivered.

Equipment: All equipment sales (pumps, filters, etc.) are final. Defective equipment is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and is not eligible for a direct refund from Coastline Pools LLC.
Cancellation Policy
Service appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide notice may result in a service fee of $100 to cover travel and scheduling costs.
